I want to tell you what a wonderful asset Marsha Yuede and her team are to your company. I interviewed five real-estate companies and told them all what my needs were, some said with a laugh that my wants were out of reach it would never happen. Marsha was the only one who listened to all my requests and understood my position and agreed that what I need was not out of reach. I was very impressed with Marsha and her team with the amount of open house's they had on the property. I have watched other real-estate signs go up and never see an open house sign. The other important issue was Marsha kept me totally informed with all of the different rules and options that I needed to know. I would like to thank you and the Marhsa Yuede team on the incredible job you did. The Yuede team was amazing! They are very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They made a very hard and scary time in a family's life much easier. They were always there with an answer when one was needed and if they didn't know they found out quickly. They always promptly returned phone calls and e-mails and were a pleasure to work with.
Our house in Wentzville sold in 3 weeks during a normally slow time in the market. We worked with Marsha alot on the sale of our house and she did a fantastic job. She guided us through each step of the process and provided her valuable knowledge whenever we had a question and with us questions were plentiful.
